# Driver Family Packs

## The Problem

**Dell Model Driver Packs are extremely inefficient. Why use a Model Pack for 1 Computer Model, when you can use a Pack for multiple Computer Models?**

## Dell Family Packs

Dell creates Family Driver Packs (for ImageAssist customers) that can reduce the total Driver size as these packs work for multiple computer models

**But the real problem with these is that they are not as up to date as the Dell Model Packs**

## Why use Family Packs?

Because if you have similar computer models in your environment, you are taking up a considerable amount of space in these duplicates. The image below shows two Dell Model Driver Packs ... can you tell the difference between the two?

## The Solution

**An easy way to save space is to combine drivers from multiple Model Packs into a single Driver Pack**
